These terms of service ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between the website ("Website operator", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of this website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").

You declare to follow and respect our internal rules and regulations for our venues:

You will follow the guidelines of the karting briefing. Each pilot must follow the instructions of the management and their appointees, including the meaning of each flag and/or light signal.

Each pilot will respect material, track, regulations and other pilots and is responsible for the damage he causes to the track and/or material. In case of material damage, a compensation of minimum 100 € will be demanded to the person who caused the damage. Brussels Kart reserves the right to grant or refuse access to the site.

The undersigned undertakes to immediately inform persons accompanying him/her who are pregnant and/or at risk of heart problems that, due to the possibility of elevated CO levels, their presence in the karting hall is inadvisable. The same applies to young children for whom the undersigned is responsible. The undersigned also undertakes to immediately inform all persons accompanying him/her that, due to increased noise levels, it is advisable to wear ear protectors in the karting hall. These hearing protectors can be obtained free of charge at reception. 

The inner cap or balaclava is mandatory when using Brussels Kart helmets for hygiene and also to tuck long hair in. A scarf of floating clothings are prohibited. Donning a racing suit is recommended. As a pilot, you will wear appropriate footwear (= closed)

To ensure safe running, Brussels Kart staff may adjust or stop karting sessions.

The pilot will never drive under the influence of alcohol, nor any other stimulant or narcotic substance drive. The pilot declares to be in good health.

The Brussels Kart staff reserves the right to shut down the karts from a distance if necessary, without the right to a refund for the persons concerned.

Use of our car park is only possible if you use Brussels Kart such as karting, catering, meeting.

The undersigned, declares to renounce all recourse for himself as well as for his beneficiaries, his heirs, his relatives (parents, spouse/partner, children) and our insurers and this in respect of:

• the operators of Brussels Kart,

• the organisers of events,

• the other participants and users of Brussels Kart

• The employees, staff, volunteers and agents of the above mentioned persons.

• The insurers of the persons mentioned above and this concerning all damages he/she would suffer before, during and after a karting session (including practice).

• In case of death, the present " waiver of recourse " also applies to his rightful claimant, his heirs, his next of kin and our insurers

At check-in at the kiosk:

• Age -16 years old

  • this person must be accompanied by an adult +18 years old who is responsible for this -16 year old.

  • It is compulsory to read the identity card or scan the passport of the +18-year-old.

• Age +16

  • this person can check in himself at the kiosk with his ID/passport.

The management accepts no liability for your personal matters.
